Join the Urban Park Rangers for a special access tour of Prospect Park’s Grand Army Plaza and Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Memorial Arch. Rangers will discuss the history of the arch and the plaza, highlighting its architectural features and some of the improvements made during the recently completed restoration project. Participants are selected by lottery. Lottery registration begins on Monday August
