About This Event

In celebration of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, this workshop explores mindfulness through Indigenous traditions and principles. The program will highlight the history and culture of the Reckouwacky people, a Native American group of the Lenape who inhabited the Rockaway Peninsula and surrounding coastal areas.
