Walk-in Notary Service

We are pleased to announce that The New York Public Library is piloting very limited notary services, at no cost. This service is available in person, only at the Kips Bay Library Walk in Notary Service. No Appointment Required! First Come, First Served Fridays, 10am -11:45am (subject to change/cancellation without prior notice) Please bring a valid form of ID and the documentation, fully filled out, except for signature. Signing must happen in front of the notary.
